We're In Mexico!

Josie and I left for Mexico bright and early at 4:30 this morning. I just got a new point and shoot digital camera and was so excited to have fun with it that I had to use it as soon as we got on the plane. Notice the smile on Josie's face...this is before her bad luck began. She quickly whipped out her point and shoot as well to take a picture and then placed it in the magazine holder on the back of the seat. And...she left it there. So hopefully her camera will be waiting for her in Houston when we pass through there Sunday.


So a quick two hours after leaving Houston, we were cheered up as we began our descent and glimpsed the beautiful blue waters off the coast of Cancun!


But soon after we landed, we discovered that Josie had accidently dropped her wallet. And all of her cash was stolen. So you can understand why we almost died laughing when arrived at our hotel and a black cat came prancing by. Hmmmm....maybe I need to ditch Josie. :) ha


We are staying at Moon Palace Resort where Josie decided to show off her musical talents...


...and I decided to model sombreros.


Tomorrow we are planning to go parasailing if it is not too windy. We are also going to do a quick get to know you session with Lenita and Andre. Maybe we will post some more pics tomorrow. So what do you think? Should I ditch Josie or not?
